We’ll start with an onboarding meeting. We want to hear all about you and your love story. What makes you unique as a couple? These personal details can lead to some of the most special design elements in your wedding experience, so we want to hear it all! We know you have a Pinterest board and we want to see it!

Depending on your package, we will help you schedule meetings with key vendors and attend them with you to help you choose the most important elements of your celebration.

As your wedding approaches, we will begin to build out your event timeline and floorplan, coordinate with vendors and help you work through your to-do list.

The week before your wedding we will have a Timeline Review meeting to review all the last details and review the entire flow of the event to make sure nothing gets overlooked. The timeline and seating arrangements will be finalized.

If you have a wedding rehearsal, we will be there to coordinate all the key players to make sure the real thing goes off without a hitch.

On the big day, our team coordinates with and manages all the vendors to execute your vision perfectly. All you have to do is show up and party!
